Akatsuki comic strip 4

FINALLY! It was just one thing after another this month wasn't it? First school gets in the way, my mom's ex was being a total jerk, and then the paint program on the computer starts bugging out on me and not saving the touch-ups I made! *sigh* At least I'm done now. I don't think I'll do another strip this long again x.x Though it was fun, it was also frustrating for the last few days of working on it......

Now! About the strip:

Instead of having the borders black I decided to do a candycane-like color scheme since it's the holiday season ^^ Well, that and I'm running out of black colored pencils lol XD I need to get more of them since I use them so freaking much! XD
Anyway, I was pretty glad how Zetsu turned out in most of the panels. He took twice as long to draw than the other characters have been since I haven't practiced drawing him as much. The only panels that concerned me were 4 and 7 cuz there were several things that looked off. Also, I didn't really know what to do with panel 9 so the dialogue was the best I could do.
And as for Tobi in the last panel (panel 12), I'm glad how he turned out too ^^ He wasn't too hard since he's just got the mask and I don't have to mess with face details.
As for the cats, you might know them from pictures in my gallery, maybe not. Anyway, the calico (orange and black cat) is Kally. She acts like a dog, so that's why I drew the collar on her. The gray cat is Blu (pronounced like "blue"). We named her that cuz in the right moonlight she turns a pretty shade of blue ^^ That's also why I put a light blue in the gray coloring I used. The mostly white cat is Ariel. She's a bit of a numbskull (spazmatic/derp/and the like) and chews up plants all the time. She also hates dogs and because she attacks them so much has a wicked grip (hence the last panel). In this strip you can see they all have what you could call "evil mode" and "playing-dumb mode". It doesn't show with Ariel though cuz, like I said, she's just a spaz. XD

For the rest of the strip, I just plain had issues coming up with the right colors for everything.... I am SO glad I'm done with it.....

Kisame: *laughing* You're afraid of cats!
Me: =.= ....... Well you are afraid of my tuna-eating dog...
Kisame: So?
Me: Want me to call her?
Kisame: O.<''' ...no....
Me: That's what I thought. =3=
Zetsu: Ha.
Kisame: Shut up....


Zetsu and Tobi belong Masashi Kishimoto ^^ I shouldn't have to tell you that about his other characters I've had in the strips.
